The directors of Finely Fettled would like to say thank you to every past and present customer. Finely Fettled was incorporated 2 years ago, on 17th September, 2014.
A business is nothing without its customers. So to every single one of our customers, again, we say “Thank You”.
Finely Fettled combines marketing consultancy, data services, and campaign management. We help businesses attract new customers using offline and online marketing communications. One of our focus markets is the affluent over 50s. We can help customers attract these wealthy customers using a medium with which they are familiar with – direct mail, and deliver value-first educational reports in exchange for their contact details.
This is sort of saying thank you to these new prospects up front. Thank you for being interested in our services. By being helpful and empathetic about their issues, we help our clients enter conversations that are existing in the minds of future customers. Where our customers offer a clear solution to their issues, this creates a bank of pre-sales opportunities. Some ready to buy straight away and some later. This is direct response lead generation.
We also offer segmentation profiling, using SONAR, which is a geo-demographic profiling system. If your business needs to understand exactly the types of customers you have so you can segment and message them differently, then your first step is SONAR.
Look out for our telephone number screening and append services too. We can tell you which of your telephone numbers are accurate and which are not. Then allow us to add a magic potion – we call it best time to contact – this allows your telephone teams to call at a time that most suits the customer, as opposed to a dialler!
We’d like to say Thank You to our suppliers too. We work with some amazing suppliers, who make our lives easier. They are attentive and fun to work with. When we face a roadblock, we do it together. It helps our customers that we can rely on our suppliers. You know who you are, you fabulous printers, data companies, data product owners, designers and postal service providers!
We start our 3rd year next week. And we are doing so with news that we are partnering with a quite amazing company who generate telephone call leads from their most interested buyers, blending Google Adwords and natural search. They have patented much of their process and results so far have been nothing short of amazing for clients. So good that sometimes the service is creating too many new sales and clients have to pause the service to catch up. This service fits our business growth plan and we’ll tell you more soon.
